ECOCENTRE (60, chemin de Brébeuf, Mont-Tremblant)

Who can use the ecocentre?

The ecocentre is a collection center which accepts certain items refused during regular waste collection, such as construction materials, furniture, mattresses, household hazardous wastes (HHW), recyclable materials, tires, electronics and appliances, to insure that everything is properly disposed of and to reduce the amount of waste in landfills.

The ecocentre is a free service offered to the residents of the MRC des Laurentides. The maximum amount of items accepted per visit is equivalent to a 4′ x 8′ x 2′ trailer (64 square feet).

For larger amounts, residents and building contractors are invited to visit the private dry material disposal site. No heavy vehicules will be allowed on-site.

Please be organised!

Before going to the ecocentre, please sort your items, as they will have to be dropped in the appropriate bins (wood, shingles, etc.). When entering the ecocentre, an employee will verify your proof of residence, the amount of items you are bringing and if they are acceptable. You will be accompanied inside and directed to the appropriate bins.

Please note that the ecocentre employees do not have the obligation to help residents unload their items.
