REGULATIONS<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>WHAT IS PERMITTED<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Campfire with a maximum dimension of one cubic meter (no permit is required)<\/li>\n<li>Fire in outdoor fireplaces<\/li>\n<li>Chinese lanterns (under certain conditions).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>WHAT IS PROHIBITED (POSSIBLE INFRACTION)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Light a fire larger than a cubic meter<\/li>\n<li>Burn waste, construction, renovation and demolition materials, trees and brush during deforestation<\/li>\n<li>Light a campfire within 15 m of a lake, pond, stream or wetland<\/li>\n<li>Light a campfire when the weather conditions are unfavorable (drought and strong wind).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>So, before starting an outdoor fire, please consult the <a href=\"https:\/\/sopfeu.qc.ca\/\">SOPFEU<\/a> site to find out about the risk of fire.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"c-alert-message m-info\"><i class=\"ico fa fa-info-circle\"><\/i><div class=\"alert-inner\">\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>SHORT-TERM RENTAL<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Short-term rental in Lac-Tremblant-Nord is only authorized for a minimum period of more than 31 consecutive days per stay, for a maximum of 180 days. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Short-term rental for a period of less than 31 consecutive days per stay is\u00a0strictly prohibited.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To learn more about the regulations on the subject, please consult the following extract from Bylaw number 2021-02 related to zoning: <em><strong><a (By-law number 2021-02 related to zoning)<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/div><\/div><div class=\"c-alert-message m-info\"><i class=\"ico fa fa-info-circle\"><\/i><div class=\"alert-inner\">\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>CONTROL OF OUTDOOR LIGHTING (LIGHT POLLUTION)<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>To <strong>promote the use of natural night lighting and preserve the municipality&#8217;s natural environment<\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/acrobat.adobe.com\/id\/urn:aaid:sc:VA6C2:a2c992e7-4b41-4d53-8d4d-28687f6062af\"><em>Bylaw 2020-02<\/em><\/a><\/strong> has been adopted to control outdoor lighting and help minimize light pollution.<\/p>\n<p><u>Objectives of the bylaw : <\/u><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Reduce the impact of light sources on star veiling;<\/li>\n<li>Limit intrusive light and glare;<\/li>\n<li>Reduce impact on flora and fauna and disruption of ecosystems;<\/li>\n<li>Reduce energy consumption;<\/li>\n<li>Promote energy-efficient lighting.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The bylaw also includes <strong>complementary measures to limit outdoor lighting<\/strong> (reduction in the number of outdoor light sources, use of control systems (timers, automatic triggers), etc.).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/acrobat.adobe.com\/id\/urn:aaid:sc:VA6C2:a2c992e7-4b41-4d53-8d4d-28687f6062af\">Bylaw 2020-02 on the control of outdoor lighting (light pollution)<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"c-alert-message m-notification\"><i class=\"ico fa fa-question-circle\"><\/i><div class=\"alert-inner\">You can print an
