To that effect, <strong>the <em>Vivre Mont-Tremblant<\/em> card is getting a makeover and becomes the <em>Acc\u00e8s Mont-Tremblant card<\/em> :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Owners or undivided co-owners of a building in Lac-Tremblant-Nord can obtain an <em>Acc\u00e8s Mont-Tremblant<\/em>\u00a0card;<\/li>\n<li>When your <em>Vivre Mont-Tremblant<\/em> card is no longer valid, you must apply for the new <em>Acc\u00e8s<\/em> <em>Mont-Tremblant<\/em> card to enjoy recreational programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>HOW TO OBTAIN YOUR CARD ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>The <em>Vivre Mont-Tremblant<\/em> card has been replaced by the new <em>Acc\u00e8s Mont-Tremblant<\/em>\u00a0card. If you are a <em>Vivre Mont-Tremblant<\/em> cardholder, your card will remain in effect until it expires and will provide you with the same privileges;<\/li>\n<li>The <em>Acc\u00e8s Mont-Tremblant<\/em>\u00a0card is issued for a new card application or when your <em>Vivre Mont-Tremblant<\/em> card expires;<\/li>\n<li>No <em>Acc\u00e8s<\/em> <em>Mont-Tremblant\u00a0<\/em>card will be issued to holders of a valid <em>Vivre Mont-Tremblant<\/em> card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply for an <em>Acc\u00e8s Mont-Tremblant<\/em>\u00a0card, you must go to one of the following service points with the required documents*:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.villedemont-tremblant.qc.ca\/fr\/ville\/administration\/culture-et-loisirs\">Culture et loisirs counter<\/a> (Complexe aquatique, 635, rue Cadieux)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.villedemont-tremblant.qc.ca\/fr\/culture\/bibliotheques\/bibliotheque-samuel-ouimet\">Samuel-Ouimet Library<\/a>\u00a0(1145\u00a0rue de Saint-Jovite)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.villedemont-tremblant.qc.ca\/fr\/ville\/administration\/adresse-et-heures-douverture\">Reception desk at city hall<\/a>\u00a0(1145\u00a0rue de Saint-Jovite)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">REQUIRED DOCUMENTS<\/h3>\n<p class=\"btn-boite\">Each family member will need to physically present themselves at one of the service locations and will need to provide the documents listed below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"contenu-boite\"><strong><u>Adult (18 years old and over)<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>You must provide <strong>one (1) proof of identity <\/strong>among the following :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passport<\/li>\n<li>Citizenship certificate or permanent resident card<\/li>\n<li>Driver&#8217;s license<\/li>\n<li>Health insurance card<\/li>\n<li>Educational institution card<\/li>\n<li>Military forces card<\/li>\n<li>Certificate of Indian Status<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You must present<strong> two (2) proofs of residency <\/strong>among the following <strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Title of ownership of a building located on the territory of the City of Mont-Tremblant or the Municipality of Lac-Tremblant-Nord.\u00a0<em>Verification of the property assessment roll or the land register can be done by the City upon request and a payment of $5 fee<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Lease of a dwelling located on the territory of the City of Mont-Tremblant or the Municipality of Lac-Tremblant-Nord, within the meaning of article 1892 of the\u00a0<em>Civil Code of Qu\u00e9bec<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Driver&#8217;s license<\/li>\n<li>Property tax account for the building or dwelling in question, whose issue date is less than 12 months from the date of the subscription request.<\/li>\n<li>Provincial (Quebec) or federal (Canada) government document whose date of issue is less than 12 months from the date of the subscription request (e.g. notice of assessment)<\/li>\n<li>Confirmation of the Quebec Address Change Service (SQCA), the date of issue of which is less than 3 months from the date of the subscription request<\/li>\n<li>Invoice relating to a charge imposed on the building in question, the date of issue of which is less than 12 months from the date of the subscription request. For example: invoice from the syndicate of co-ownership<\/li>\n<li>Utility service account, whose issue date is less than 3 months from the date of the subscription request (Ex.: electricity bill, gas, insurance, alarm system, telephone, internet, television)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><u>Children (0-17 years old)<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>You must provide\u00a0<strong>one (1) proof of agreement with the Ville de Mont-Tremblant, the municipality reimburses Lac-Tremblant-Nord residents a portion of the fees for the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.villedemont-tremblant.qc.ca\/fr\/loisirs\/camp-de-jour#\">day camp offered by the Ville de Mont-Tremblant<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>All requests for reimbursement must be sent by
